Project Overview
Barnett Ratcliffe PArtnership were approached to manage and oversee the completion of a new detached private residence in Gnosall. The initial brief was to create a dormer bungalow style property to nestle in between the ridge lines of neighbouring properties. The property was to feature 3 bedrooms, an ensuite, a bathroom, kitchen diner, lounge, study and ground floor W.C.
Following the RIBA Work Stages, we ensured that the planning and construction adhered to current building and planning regulations, whilst working closely with the client to ensure that their overall vision was achieved.
